What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will

receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming

your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to

your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order

when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is

charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product

availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive

a refund in full for the unavailable product.

What is Shotgunit’s return policy?

We fully stand behind our products and want you to be comfortable in

purchasing from us. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy on all our

products unopened for what ever reason, we will even cover your shipping

costs. Return shipping will be covered depending on the situation. All

orders after the 14 day return policy are required to pay the returned

shipping costs and are subject to no return at all.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in

order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions

from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption

works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer

transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources

can be valid.

How can I cancel my order?

All cancellations need to be done by telephone before the order is

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we do not ship outside of the US.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the time, the products you select will ship within 1-2 business days

(in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your

shipping selection.

What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card

or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our

fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order

being processed.
